This role will be based in one of our larger Marsh Risk US based office in the Central, SE or NE Zone . This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This role supports lead advisory colleagues on construction and wrap\-up accounts by understanding clients’ strategic priorities, risk strategies, and management needs to deliver tailored solutions. Acts as the primary day\-to\-day contact, building strong client relationships while managing accounts and coordinating with internal teams and insurers to ensure seamless service delivery and business growth through cross\-selling. **We will count on you to:** * Support advisory colleagues on construction/wrap\-up books of business by understanding clients’ strategic priorities, risk strategies, and management needs to effectively serve them. * Utilize risk expertise and industry knowledge to review client exposures and loss experience, developing tailored solutions for standard client requirements. * Assist in client presentations and propose innovative solut...
