**Growth \& Experiences Manager \| Escape Group Cruises** **Full\-Time \| $50,000 Base Salary \+ Up to $80,000 in Performance Bonuses \| Total Compensation Up To $130,000 \| Travel Required** Escape Group Cruises is growing, and we're looking for an energetic, driven, and people\-focused **Growth \& Experiences Manager** to join our Team. This is a unique full\-time position for someone who wants to play a meaningful role in growing a company while also helping lead the experiences we create for our Guests. You'll help grow **Pickleball At Sea Group Cruise** and **Match Point Tennis Cruise** by developing new business, building relationships, following up with prospective Guests, creating partnerships, and helping turn opportunities into bookings. You'll also travel on select trips throughout the year, serving as a Trip Leader and helping deliver the Guest experiences you're helping grow.
