* Full\-time opportunity (5 day or 7 day operation) * Hiring immediately with PTO * Supervise and assist up to 20 delivery drivers to deliver last mile packages * Do daily FRO * Must be reliable and have a means of transportation to and from terminal * Help Load and unload and dispatch drivers every morning * Track down misplaced packages and resolve clients’ complaints * Complete logs and reports * Follow DOT regulations and safety standards * MUST be at least 21 years old * Must be able to lift packages up to 150lbs * Help recruit and train new drivers * Interface with FedEx * Work with 3rd parties for vehicle maintenance * Help with compliance needs regarding drivers and vehicles including QVIs, STA\-compliance, Brand Apparel etc. Pay: $1,500\.00 \- $2,000\.00 per week Application Question(s): * Are you able to pass a criminal background check?
