**Position Overview** --------------------- Extreme Hospitality is seeking a highly accomplished, strategic, and results\-driven **Vice President of Commercial Strategy** to support topline revenue growth and commercial performance across our diverse hospitality portfolio. This executive leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive commercial strategies that align revenue management, sales, marketing, digital strategy, distribution, and commercial technology around clearly defined property\-level objectives and measurable results. The Vice President will oversee the commercial performance of branded and independent hotels, resorts, conference centers, and other hospitality assets, tailoring strategies to each property's market positioning, business mix, operational capabilities, and ownership objectives.
