**Position Summary** BLUvera is seeking a highly capable **Senior Operational Excellence Manager** to lead enterprise\-wide transformation initiatives that improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and scalability across the organization. This leader owns the strategic development, deployment, and maturity of the **BLUvera Operating System (BOS)** while ensuring operational processes, systems, and teams are aligned to support BLUvera's aggressive growth objectives. The Senior Operational Excellence Manager serves as the organization's primary change agent and operational transformation leader. This role integrates Lean Manufacturing, Daily Management Systems, Business Process Optimization, Digital Enablement, Oracle ERP adoption, and enterprise\-wide continuous improvement into a single operating framework that drives measurable business results.
