Overview/ Job Responsibilities: Entarian is seeking a Project Manager who will work with a team to support the sustainment of ashore and afloat versions of NSIPS (Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System II). **Key Responsibilities including, but not limited to:*** Lead planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with Navy personnel management objectives and program directives. * Coordinate with Navy stakeholders, system users, software developers, cybersecurity teams, and program offices to define project requirements and deliverables. * Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, communication plans, and milestone tracking for initiatives. * Monitor system enhancement timelines, defect remediation, and modernization efforts, ensuring quality and compliance with DoD IT standards. * Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, technical working groups, and project status reviews to communicate progress and resolve issues. * Ensure all project documentation meets Navy and DoD standards, including system specifications, test plans, interface control documents, and change requests. * Oversee testing, validation, and deployment activities for upd...
