**Position Summary:** The High Purity Stainless Steel Welder is responsible for fabricating skids, tanks and piping assemblies or complete systems to the Engineers prints and specifications. This role requires a high level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and adherence to strict quality and cleanliness standards to ensure weld integrity and compliance with industry specifications. **Essential Functions:** · Perform GTAW (TIG) and GMAW (MIG) welding on high\-purity stainless steel tubing, piping, and components. · Execute sanitary and orbital welds in accordance with project drawings, weld procedures, and customer specifications. · Prepare materials for welding including cleaning, cutting, fitting, and alignment of stainless steel and carbon steel components. · Inspect welds visually and with measurement tools to ensure conformance with quality standards. · Maintain weld logs, documentation, and traceability as required by project specifications. · Operate welding equipment including TIG welders, orbital welding machines, hand tools, and power tools. · Must be able to safely operate forklifts/scissor lifts. · Follow strict cleanliness and contamination control practices requir...
