**Job Summary** Dakota Kustomz is seeking a full\-time Operations Manager with a strong financial background that is analytical, highly organized and can take ownership of the financial health of our business. Acting as the right hand to the General Manager, you will oversee accounting workflows, workforce safety programs, HR administration, and event planning. The ideal candidate blends high\-level financial oversight with direct operational leadership, aligning perfectly with our reputation for elite craftsmanship across car and truck restorations, custom motorcycles, mechanical work, and full\-service body shop operations. **Key Responsibilities** * **Financial Oversight \& Accounting:** Oversee the day\-to\-day accounting functions (accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations). Prepare financial reports, forecast business needs, and support the General Manager with overarching budget management.
