The Opportunity: **We are seeking an Assistant Resident Engineer for our Transportation\-Construction Management team in the Tucson, AZ area.** The Assistant Resident Engineer will support the Resident Engineer in managing the construction and inspection of roadway and bridge transportation projects. You'll oversee field inspection staff and contractor operations, prepare and review progress and final estimates, evaluate change orders and claims, review schedules, interpret contract documents, check engineering calculations, and make sure projects are built in reasonable conformity with the plans and specifications. You'll also act as a key point of contact for owners, contractors, and project stakeholders. This position will work on road and bridge projects for transportation owners. You'll work on a project\-specific team as part of RS\&H's growing Construction Management organization.
