**Position Overview** **JOIN THE LARGEST POOL COMPANY IN FLORIDA!!!** Clear Tech Pools is seeking an experienced, creative, and results\-driven Marketing Manager to lead and manage the company’s complete marketing functions. This position is responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, strengthen Clear Tech Pools’ presence throughout Florida, generate new business opportunities, support company growth, and build meaningful relationships within the communities we serve. The Marketing Manager will report directly to the Director of Sales \& Marketing and will oversee the planning and execution of marketing schedules, campaigns, advertising, community outreach, events, sponsorships, social media, content development, and overall market\-growth initiatives.
