You will be the primary contact and expert system administrator for the university\-wide 25Live event scheduling and room reservation platform. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service and technical support to students, faculty, staff, and community members. Beyond managing campus reservations, you will collaborate closely with campus units and event teams to plan, coordinate, and execute events of every scale—from intimate donor gatherings and departmental meetings to major institutional traditions like Commencement and community celebrations. The UAF Events Coordinator is a full\-time, non\-exempt staff position within University Relations, a vibrant department housed under University Advancement.
