As a Senior Advanced Project Engineer here at Honeywell, you will lead end\-to\-end development and launch of complex engineering projects that combine hardware, Firmware, Software, and mechanical Engineering for FIRE portfolio within Building Automation Strategic Business Group. In this role, you’ll apply your advanced Project Management skills to lead global cross\-functional teams, manage project scope and execution, and deliver innovative solutions that improve safety, reliability, and efficiency for our customers. You will report directly to our Engineering Program Management Director, and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA or Northford, CT location on a Hybrid work schedule. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead 3\-4 concurrent global new product introduction programs, overseeing integrated hardware, Firmware, and/or software, and/or mechanical product development using Agile methodology. * Develop and maintain project release roadmaps, schedules, and budgets using MS Project or smart sheets, ensuring delivery within defined scope, cost, and time targets. * Direct multi\-disciplinary cross\-functional engineering and operations teams (10\-15\+ team members across multiple sites), e...
