**About us** Hand, Microsurgery \& Reconstructive Orthopaedics is an independent upper extremity group in Erie, PA. We work as a collaborative interdisciplinary team amongst Orthopaedic Residents, Hand Fellows, and Certified Hand Therapists. Partnerships and collaboration with Shriners, UPMC Hamot and AHN Saint Vincent. Our work environment includes: * On\-the\-job training and mentorship * Friendly work environment * Some flexibility with weekly schedules * No weekends or holidays We are currently looking for a Medical Assistant with outpatient medical/surgical office experience to work in our fast\-paced clinic. Experience in Orthopaedics or another surgical specialty is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Strong computer skills are important. We are looking for someone who has experience with casting/splinting or the willingness to learn. Previous rad tech experience is a plus but not required.
