**NUWAVE POSITION SUMMARY** NUWAVE is a market leader in unified communications as a service and enterprise voice for Microsoft Teams. We deliver carrier\-grade communications to enterprises and service providers worldwide. Our platforms are backed by BSI\-certified management systems, including ISO/IEC 42001 for AI governance. We are looking for an AI Engineer for a full\-time, U.S.\-remote role helping build and operate Nebula, NUWAVE's governed conversational AI workspace. Nebula combines a GraphRAG knowledge engine, business applications, and agent workflows across the web and Microsoft Teams. This role works closely with the Director of AI Infrastructure to turn Jira issues into verified production changes. You will use AI coding agents as part of the daily engineering workflow while remaining accountable for system design, code review, testing, deployment discipline, and operational judgment.
