**PURPOSE** Lead a team to drive harmonized Wholesale SCM processes for a group of priority NAM Wholesale Accounts, to ensure best\-in\-class delivery timing and execution of demand to customers. Focused on supply \+ demand alignment and mitigation, monthly planning, outbound operations, continuous improvement initiatives, and holistic supply execution. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Overall –** Lead a team to drive continuous planning, process, system, and service improvements to achieve on\-time availability and delivery for priority Wholesale accounts, while supporting strategic wholesale business priorities. * **Drive Supply Chain Performance \-** Deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure supply chain efficiency and effectiveness, enabling best in class Availability and On\-Time Shipping to a group of priority WHS Accounts. * **Preseason Planning –** Support sales, merchandising, and planning on seasonal assortments to align order deadline needs, RID feasibility, and key programs for tracking, as well as flagging risks due to order minimums or other issues. * **Deployment \& Fulfillment Planning –** Drive seasonal fulfillment mix targets to enhance profitability and eff...
