The ideal candidate is highly entrepreneurial, understands real estate fundamentals, and has a strong network and ability to uncover opportunities before they become broadly marketed. Position Overview The Acquisition Manager will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating residential and/or multifamily properties that present opportunities to create value through renovation, rehabilitation, improved operations, repositioning, or redevelopment.
