**What You'll Do:** **Development Requests \& Projects** * Independently complete routine development requests and small projects assigned through the intake process. * Take on moderately complex work with guidance from senior team members. * Clarify requirements with requesters before starting work and confirm the finished solution meets business needs. * Provide timely status updates and realistic estimates on assigned work. **Software Development \& Integrations** * Write and modify PowerOn programs and produce artifacts such as inputs, outputs, reports, scripts, and letter files, with review from senior developers. * Develop and maintain working knowledge of Symitar data structures, including accounts, shares, loans, and file maintenance. * Assist with vendor integration setup, data imports and exports, and testing. * Expand technical skills and knowledge in programming languages, data structures, and development tools as opportunities arise. **Quality \& Change Control** * Test assigned work thoroughly before submitting it for review. * Complete required documentation, approvals, and change management steps for all changes. * Participate in code reviews and apply feedback to i...
