Description

This job assumes responsibility for coordinating Clinical Pharmacy Services. Facilitates the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems that promote desirable patient outcomes through safe, cost\-effective drug therapies. Provides clinical consultation and clarification to practitioners, provides training, education and competency assessment of pharmacists, clinical rotation students/residents (if applicable) regarding the department's clinical programs, and reviews the performance and documentation of clinical activities of all pharmacists.
