**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** Day Shift **Description:** In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors of Mount Carmel Health System, the Research Nurse is responsible for the implementation, coordination, and management of oncology clinical research projects across the organization. This role ensures the delivery of high\-quality care to research participants enrolled in clinical trials while maintaining compliance with federal regulations, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and Mount Carmel Institutional Review Board (IRB) policies and procedures. The Research Nurse serves as a liaison between Mount Carmel and external organizations involved in research activities, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
