**Position Overview** Temple Israel seeks an organized, personable, and detail\-oriented Membership \& Development Coordinator to support the congregation’s membership engagement, development, committee activities, and administrative operations. This position is an important point of contact for current and prospective members and works closely with the Director of Development \& Membership Engagement to provide a warm, responsive, and welcoming experience for the Temple Israel community. The Coordinator also plays an integral role in fundraising operations, special events, High Holy Day preparations, and the day\-to\-day functioning of the administrative team.
