**Qualifications/Experience:** *Required*: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field. Minimum of three years of experience in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field. Successful background check required. *Preferred:* Master's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field. Experience in school district finance, budgeting, and supervisory leadership. **Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Needed:** Comprehensive knowledge of school district financial operations, accounting, budgeting, payroll, auditing, purchasing, financial reporting, and applicable federal and state laws and regulations. Knowledge of Minnesota school finance requirements, including UFARS, MARSS, school funding formulas, and reporting requirements. Ability to analyze complex financial data, develop and manage budgets, prepare financial and enrollment projections, oversee cash flow and capital planning, and implement effective financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
