Description

The Operations Supervisor coordinates workflow, supports technicians and operations personnel, monitors productivity and quality, and serves as a key connection between operations, sales, customers, and leadership. **What You'll Do:** * Supervise, coach, and develop a small team of operations employees. * Establish daily priorities and ensure work is appropriately assigned and completed. * Monitor employee performance, productivity, attendance, quality, and adherence to company expectations. * Provide hands\-on support and guidance when operational challenges arise. * Monitor incoming work, backlog, work orders, scheduling, and job progress. * Identify bottlenecks and take corrective action to maintain workflow and turnaround times. * Ensure work orders and operational transactions are accurate, timely, and properly documented. * Coordinate with sales, service, purchasing, warehouse, and other departments to resolve issues impacting customer delivery. * Assist with prioritizing emergency and time\-sensitive customer requirements. * Utilize ISM/CSD processes and systems to manage service activity, customer requirements, work orders, and operational workflow. * Monitor open orders, s...
