**Position Overview:** The Creative Operations Coordinator is the administrative and creative\-production operator for Peachtree's Marketing and Creative Department. The role keeps assets, platforms, materials, projects, purchasing, and recurring deliverables organized and completed. Strong visual literacy and brand sensitivity are essential, but the Coordinator executes approved direction rather than independently determining brand voice, design, copy, music, image selection, or gallery curation. **What Success Looks Like** * Approved work is completed accurately, on time, and in the correct format and digital location. * Assets, platforms, files, vendor lists, supplies, and project records remain organized, current, and usable. * The department can rely on clear status, documented completion, and early communication of blockers. ### **Core Responsibilities** #### **Asset Management \& Production** * Request and obtain galleries, permissions, vendor credits, and related information; name, tag, organize, and archive assets using established standards. * Present complete galleries to the Content Marketing Manager for selection and implement the exact approved files, cover choices, u...
