We are seeking an experienced **Director of Accounting** to lead our day\-to\-day accounting function and strengthen our financial reporting, processes, controls, and accounting operations. This is a hands\-on leadership position reporting directly to the Chief Accounting Officer. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical accounting knowledge with practical operational experience and will be comfortable both leading an accounting team and working directly in the details when necessary.
