Production Techs play a critical role in ensuring Adkev products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. In this role, you won’t just be another number on the floor, you’ll be a key part of a process that keeps things moving, improving, and delivering real results every day. This is an entry level position and training will be provided. Key Responsibilities * Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently. * Assemble, inspect, and package products to meet quality standards. * Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate when needed. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. * Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals. * Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to improve processes. **Requirements** **Minimum Age** * Must be 18 years of age or older. **Education** * High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. **Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities** * Basic math skills. * Basic English reading and writing skills. **Physical Requirements** * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, including shifts of up to 12 hours. * Ability to stand in one place for up to 12 hours during overtime shifts. * Ability to climb a...
