**District Manager** We operate 3 Carl's Jr locations in Idaho Falls. We are looking for 1 excellent District Manager and 1 excellent General Manager candidates to join our management team. The primary role of the District Manager work in tandem with the General Manager to oversee the daily operations of the store, provide exceptional customer service and proactively manage the front\- and back\-of house team. The ideal candidate is focused on excellent customer service and excellent operational results. S/he has demonstrated restaurant leadership experience and has a passion for growing the business. **Summary/Objective**The district manager position will oversees the 3 restaurants in Idaho Falls and 1 restaurant in Pocatello. The district manager is in charge of the operational practices of all stores making sure each runs smoothly, cleanly, and meets budget and sales goals. The district managers interview, hire, coordinate and discipline general managers, and check in on individual stores to make sure the store is running properly.
