This is an opportunity to take on meaningful, community\-focused work while partnering closely with public agencies. In this role, you will help guide capital improvement projects from funding through design and construction, provide input on CEQA/NEPA compliance and environmental permitting, and review private development projects within the jurisdiction. You may also participate in regional agency meetings, support the operation of transportation and municipal utility systems, and engage with City Council on key initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a well\-rounded background in water, wastewater, stormwater, and transportation infrastructure, along with an understanding of the unique needs of small cities.
