Job Summary InnoVet Health is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to support high\-priority clinical informatics, interoperability, and analytics modernization initiatives for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This role supports enterprise efforts related to EHR modernization, standards\-based interoperability, clinical workflow optimization, and data\-driven decision\-making across Agile delivery environments. The Lead Data Analyst will serve as a primary authority for healthcare analytics, reporting, and data integration activities supporting clinical and operational transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring experience working with VA clinical systems, healthcare interoperability standards, enterprise data platforms, and cross\-functional Agile teams to deliver actionable insights that improve Veteran care, usability, and operational performance.
