**GFT Ready Mix** is a rapidly growing, family\-owned company that has been serving Arizona since 1999\. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced **Accounting Manager** to lead the day\-to\-day operations of our accounting department and help strengthen the systems, processes, and controls that support our business. This is a hands\-on leadership role with responsibility for accounting operations across multiple entities. The Accounting Manager will work closely with the CFO, oversee and develop accounting staff, improve processes and ERP utilization, and help ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
