**About us** Tiny Transformations is a small business serving pediatric physical therapy and occupational therapy both in home and in school. We are looking for a committed and passionate pediatric Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat children birth through adolescents. **Responsibilities** * Manage client caseload independently * Manage real\-time scheduling \& flexibility * Manage travel throughout treatment needs in region * Although contract and flexible, we are looking for a therapist who is interested in building a caseload of at least 5 treatments per week. * Teach clients new ways of approaching tasks and educate them on how to break down activities into achievable components * Assess client’s home and other environments and advice on alterations consistent with their needs and capabilities * Guide and educate family members and caregivers * Observe, note, and report on progress of long and short term treatment goals * Collect data and document processes followed * Communicate treatment plan \& home exercise program with caregiver **Need:** * Infant treatment experience required * The ability to independently manage a pediatric caseload throughout the city.
