**JOB SUMMARY** The Marketing Associate, International assists the International brand team in developing and managing brand budgets, sales \& revenue forecasts, brand product supply, and has responsibility for control of distributor A\&P spending. This role assists the brand team in aspects of marketing asset development and production. The individual contributes to the improvement of the Department and the Company as a whole in accordance with Company policy, as directed by the Brand Manager, International. **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS** * BUSINESS ANALYSIS: Monitor and analyze sales volumes, market trends, promotional initiatives, and competitive activity. Effectively synthesize data to identify drivers and make recommendations in media, promotion, and other investments. * PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Leads cross\-functional project teams to implement chartered projects. Provides project leadership on product development (new products and reformulations) \& package design, including project and timeline management/tracking. Reviews package artwork design and content.
