**Description** **Deduction Coordinator** **Purpose and Scope/General Summary:** **Pilgrim’s Pride is seeking a Claims and Deductions Coordinator who enjoys investigative work, problem solving, and collaborating with others to resolve complex customer issues. In this role, you will research and resolve customer\-reported discrepancies related to product quality, shortages, transportation issues, and other claim\-related matters. We value positive attitudes, strong teamwork, and a willingness to learn. While prior claims and deductions experience is beneficial, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong analytical thinking, accountability, customer service skills, and a desire to grow.** **Responsibilities:** * Investigate and resolve customer\-reported discrepancies related to product quality, shortages, transportation issues, and other claim\-related matters. * Analyze information from multiple sources to identify root causes and make informed decisions. * Utilize Esker to save documentation, process claims, and route approvals through the appropriate workflow. * Use SAP to clear deductions, process resolutions, and track credit memos. * Apply critical thi...
