**Hampton Roads area, Virginia // Exempt, salaried** **THE ROLE** You support the planning, coordination, and documentation of MEB's Commercial/Architectural projects: schools, public libraries, recreation and sports centers, civic facilities, and hospitality. You connect the project plans and contract requirements to what is happening in the field. **WHAT YOU WILL OWN** * **Submittals and RFIs.** Manage submittals, RFIs, and drawing updates, and drive responses to closure. * **Project records.** Maintain meeting documentation and project records. * **Material tracking.** Track materials from approval through delivery, including long\-lead items. * **The coordination chain.** Work with the Project Manager, Superintendent, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve questions and track commitments.
