**Job Description:** -------------------- Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the RN assumes delegated responsibility and accountability for delivering resident care in accordance with professional nursing standards and all state and federal regulations. This role ensures implementation of nursing policies and procedures aligned with the facility’s mission and philosophy while promoting the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well\-being of each resident.The RN Manager also leads key functions, including staff education, infection control, quality assurance, and admission screening.
