**About the Role** Dimer Health is hiring a **Manager, Revenue Cycle Operations**, to own our end\-to\-end revenue cycle — including medical coding, revenue integrity, Health Information Management (HIM) functions, and our external RCM vendor relationship. This is a high\-impact role at a growing healthcare startup, with direct ownership of the operational and financial integrity of our claims pipeline — from coding oversight and charge capture through final adjudication. You'll partner closely with clinical leadership and finance to ensure clean, accurate, and timely revenue capture. This is a hands\-on operational role with real ownership of coding accuracy, vendor performance, denial trends, and revenue cycle KPIs at a pivotal moment in our company's growth.
