We’re looking for a Sales \& Operations Manager who can balance people and processes with sales and service, while keeping operations steady and the team focused on results. You’ll sell, schedule, test, and lead. You’ll help protect homes and families from the silent threat beneath them (that’s the radon part) while building a company that grows stronger day over day. You’ll have the support, and structure of an entire home services network behind you, plus the freedom to take ownership of your results.
