**Job Description \& Skill Requirement:** The Composite Structural Engineer will support product design and manufacturing technology, with a strong focus on structural design, materials, analysis, testing, and product improvement. **Key Responsibilities \& Requirements:** * Experience in product design and manufacturing technology. * Proficient in 2D drawings, 3D modeling, SolidWorks, PDM, GD\&T, tolerance stack\-up, DFMEA, and FEA. * Experience with sheet metal fabrication, plastic molding, and casting. * Knowledge and experience in metal and polymer material selection. * Apply engineering principles using hand calculations, handbook methods, and FEA modeling where appropriate. * Hands\-on experience building test samples and operating test equipment. * Strong understanding of failure modes and analysis, including establishing analysis and test methods to clearly understand failure modes and quantify margins to failure. * Develop test procedures, conduct functional testing, interpret results, and correlate results with product performance. * Strong problem\-solving skills in fast\-paced manufacturing environments. * Experience with Value Engineering (VAVE) and product design updat...
