**Driver Support \- 3rd Shift Logistics Coordinator** We're looking for a team player who can multi\-task in a busy environment. In the Driver Support role, your primary duty is to serve as a primary point of contact for drivers: assisting with breakdowns, maintenance concerns, delays, accidents, weather events, route changes, and other operational issues. This position would also work closely with Operations, Safety, Maintenance, customers, and other departments to help resolve issues and keep operations running smoothly. **Qualifications** * Strong communication and customer service skills * Problem\-solving abilities * Organizational and multi\-tasking skills * Ability to remain calm under pressure * Attention to detail * Ability to learn and work with different software systems * Transportation, logistics, dispatch, customer support, or driver support experience would be preferred **Job Requirements** * 1\-2 years of dispatching experience preferred. * Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. * Previous tractor trailer operations experience preferred Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $18\.00 \- $19\.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance...
