Become part of the excitement. **Purpose** * Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of team’s assigned customer projects ensuring consistency with appropriate strategy, commitments, and goals. * Responsible for managing 16\+ project specialists and achieving annual sales targets of $150 million plus, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with established pricing and operational policies. **Responsibilities** * Provide leadership in the planning, documentation, and ongoing execution of customer projects, as assigned. * Ensure customer projects are billed out completely, accurately, and timely capturing revenue and margin leakage for successful project close\-outs. * Create and maintain a consistent approach to project order management and services.
