**Help business owners make better decisions** Honest Buck is hiring an experienced Advisory Manager to provide CFO and Controller services to childcare and early education businesses. Our clients need more than accurate financial statements. They need someone who understands their business, identifies what needs attention and helps them decide what to do next. You might help an owner determine whether they can afford another teacher, prepare for a cash shortfall, evaluate a second location or understand how a business decision affects their taxes. You will lead those conversations, build the analysis behind your recommendations and follow through on the agreed actions. This role is for someone who has already advised small\-business owners and managed multiple client relationships in an accounting firm.
