**Summit Physical Therapy \| New grads welcome** If you love talking through cases, questioning your approach, and finding better ways to help your patients, you’ll fit in at Summit. Our staff is full of PT nerds. We share articles, research, and videos, and our meetings include case reviews, new evidence, and teaching. **We ask a lot from our PTs. We invest a lot in them too.** We expect you to grow as a therapist and take ownership of your patient outcomes. In return, we give you protected mentorship, clinical autonomy, the tools to do your job well, and opportunities to grow. This isn’t for everyone, and we want you to know exactly what you’re signing up for. **What the job actually looks like** You’ll typically see 10–16 visits per day, including about one evaluation. Patients are scheduled every 20 minutes for roughly hour\-long visits, so yes, visits overlap. Our therapists average about 2 visits per hour over the course of a week. We have no techs or aides, and we don’t share patients between therapists. You own your caseload from evaluation through discharge.
