**Community Growth Lead** **Build Community. Create Connection. Grow the Practice.** At Fishel Chiropractic, we believe a thriving practice is built through relationships. The Community Growth Lead is responsible for creating those relationships outside the four walls of our office and turning Fishel Chiropractic into a recognized, trusted presence throughout our local community. This role is the connector. You’ll build relationships with local businesses, gyms, schools, wellness professionals, community organizations, corporate partners, and the people we want to serve. You’ll create opportunities for more people to experience Fishel Chiropractic, generate new patient leads, and help those connections turn into long\-term relationships with our practice. Working closely with the leadership and clinic team, you’ll own community outreach, strategic partnerships, events, local brand awareness, lead generation, and follow\-up.
