**Allegheny Science \& Technology (AST)** is seeking a **Program Manager (PM)** to provides overall leadership, management, and oversight for a Department of State (DoS) staffing contract and associated task orders, serving as the primary point of contact with the Government for contract performance, execution, and compliance.
