**Project Manager** **Job Overview** Unleashed Brands is hiring a Project Manager to lead commercial buildouts across our portfolio of brands. We’re looking for someone with strong construction knowledge who takes ownership, solves problems, and holds contractors accountable for delivering quality projects on schedule and within budget. Reporting to the VP of Construction, you’ll manage multiple projects and serve as the primary buildout contact for franchisees. Your involvement before construction will focus on helping coordinate the selection of the right general contractor. Once construction begins, you’ll own project execution through completed buildout, final inspections, and punch\-list completion. **Duties and responsibilities** * Help coordinate GC sourcing, qualifications, proposals, and selection. * Manage construction against approved plans, scope, budgets, schedules, and brand standards. * Hold GCs, vendors, and installers accountable for quality, progress, and commitments. * Coordinate with Construction, Equipment and Attractions, and Final Build teams, along with architects, engineers, landlords, and other project partners. * Track project costs, evaluate change order...
