Position Overview: The Operations and Safety Manager oversees the daily, high\-volume administrative, logistical, and safety operations of the school campus. This role ensures a secure, efficient, and welcoming environment by directly managing front\-office personnel and the campus safety guard team. The Manager serves as the central point of contact for daily operational problem\-solving, structural coordination, and emergency response readiness.
