This role serves as the enterprise automation authority across Humana's business segments, partnering closely with Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, Product, and Quality Engineering teams to accelerate software delivery through modern automation and intelligent quality practices. The Principal Automation Segment Architect will lead the adoption of automation\-first testing approaches, establish enterprise standards and frameworks, drive AI\-enabled testing innovations, and provide technical leadership for quality engineering transformation initiatives.
