**Overview** Gearhart’s Cabinet Corporation is seeking an experienced Construction Accounting Manager for our Temecula office. We are a commercial cabinetry and millwork contractor looking for someone who understands the day\-to\-day accounting demands of construction and can take ownership of our office financial processes. This is a hands\-on position responsible for customer billing, progress billing, retainage tracking, lien releases, accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor payments, and payroll. The role also includes entering and maintaining invoices, monitoring cash flow, preparing financial reports with our accountant, and handling the miscellaneous accounting and administrative tasks that come with keeping projects and the office running smoothly. The right candidate has direct experience in construction accounting, stays organized across multiple active jobs, and follows through on billing and collections.
