What You'll Do * Manage multiple commercial construction projects, including budgets, schedules, and overall coordination. * Prepare estimates, review drawings and specifications, and identify project resource needs. * Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and clients. * Monitor project costs, schedules, change orders, and documentation. * Communicate regularly with field teams and conduct jobsite visits. * Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. * Identify and address project challenges while keeping work on schedule and within budget.
