Description

We need an apartment manager for a 48\-unit property about a half hour from Jackson, TN. You will be on site every day running leasing, filling vacancies, and staying on top of rent collection. Requirements: \- At least 1 year managing apartments \- Strong leader with good customer service skills \- Clear communicator \- Comfortable with computers and office admin \- Organized and proactive, able to juggle a full workload \- AppFolio experience is a plus The job: \- Supervise the leasing and maintenance team \- Market and lease units to keep the property full \- Handle rent collection and personally follow up on late payments \- Work with maintenance on work orders and apartment turns \- Build good relationships with residents so they renew \- Keep clean, accurate records Schedule: \- Monday to Friday \- On call for emergencies Pay and benefits: \- $18 to $25 per hour \- Paid time off \- Leasing bonus \- Collections bonus \- Employee discount Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $18\.00 \- $25\.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount * Paid time off Work Location: In person
