**About Enceiba** Enceiba is an Amazon agency in Scottsdale that manages Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts for manufacturers and brands. We run everything from product content and catalog health to advertising and reporting, using our own software platform. We're a small, hands\-on team, and we promote from within. **About the role** As an Amazon Account Specialist, you'll work alongside our Account Managers on real client accounts from day one. They set the plan and you make it happen. You'll write product listings, fix catalog problems, work cases with Amazon, build A\+ content and Brand Stores, and keep the reporting that our clients depend on. This is an entry point into Amazon account management.
